– Develop captivating content for social media posts, GMB, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other channels to attract and retain the target audience.
– Produce two weekly YouTube videos showcasing our used car inventory, promotions, and customer experiences.
3. Marketing Campaigns:
– Execute weekly SMS marketing campaigns to reach our customer base with updates, offers, and promotions.
– Implement weekly international marketing campaigns to target new audiences and expand our reach.
4. Customer Engagement:
– Send daily web and mobile app notifications to keep customers informed about new arrivals, offers, and events.
– Encourage social check-ins, referrals, and the use of referral codes to foster customer engagement and loyalty.
5. Online Reputation and Reviews:
– Monitor and manage online company reputation through customer reviews and respond promptly to feedback.
– Promote a positive brand image through proactive reputation marketing strategies.
6. Sales and Promotions:
