Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the used car selling industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a passion for achieving targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, securing appointments, and ultimately closing sales. Your performance will be crucial in driving business growth and achieving both individual and team sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Appointment Generation:
– Generate a minimum of 12 confirmed appointments per day through cold calling, referrals, and other sales prospecting methods.
– Schedule 2 “RAG” (Red, Amber, Green) appointments per day to ensure a balanced pipeline of potential customers.
– Secure 2 appointments daily from the “Blue” database to maximize opportunities from existing customers.
2. Total Appointments:
– Achieve a total of 14 appointments per day to ensure a steady flow of potential customers in the sales pipeline.
3. Sales Targets:
– Meet and exceed individual sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
– Strive to achieve the overall team sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
4. Commission Structure:
– Earn commission based on successful handovers of sold cars to customers.
– Receive additional commission for obtaining 5-star reviews on Google for exceptional customer service.
– Earn commission for securing video testimonials from satisfied customers to boost brand reputation.
5. Focus on ZTP Negative Feedback:
– Focus on resolving and improving any customer feedback with a ZTP (Zero to Ten Points) rating of 3 or above.
– Address customer concerns promptly and proactively to enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Exclusive Distribution and Exclusive Cars:
– Emphasize exclusive distribution and exclusive cars to potential customers as key selling points.
– Highlight the unique features and benefits of exclusive cars to create a competitive advantage in the market.
7. Customer Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
– Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.
8. Product Knowledge:
– Stay updated with the latest information on car models, features, and market trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or related field.
