Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Zoho Developer to join our team. The Zoho Developer will be responsible for customizing and developing applications within the Zoho system to meet our business needs. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and others. As a Zoho Developer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our workflows and enhancing our business processes through effective Zoho solutions.
Responsibilities:
– Customize and configure Zoho applications to align with our business requirements and workflows.
– Develop and implement Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automation to enhance sales and customer relationship management.
– Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools and platforms for seamless data exchange.
– Design and develop Zoho Creator applications for specific business use cases.
– Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Zoho applications and integrations.
– Maintain and update Zoho applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
– Train end-users on Zoho applications’ functionalities and best practices.
– Stay updated with the latest developments in the Zoho system and explore new features and capabilities for potential implementation.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful Zoho projects.
– Proficiency in customizing Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications.
– In-depth knowledge of Zoho Deluge scripting language for custom development.
– Familiarity with Zoho APIs and webhooks for integrating Zoho applications with external systems.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design efficient Zoho solutions.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with stakeholders and end-users.
