Elite Ballistic Protection (Certified BR6 / B6 Level)

• • Passenger Capsule Core: We wrap the interior cabin in high-tensile ballistic steel. This includes reinforcing the roof, floor, all main structural pillars (A, B, and C), and the front/rear bulkheads.
  • Advanced Ballistic Glass: All factory windows are replaced with multi-layered, optical-grade polycarbonate glass. This specialized shielding is engineered to stop 7.62x51mm NATO assault rifle rounds.
  • Door-Gap Defense System: We install custom steel “bullet catchers” overlapping the door seals. This eliminates any vulnerable gaps where a projectile could slip through the seams.
  • Blast-Proof Flooring: The undercarriage is lined with continuous Kevlar and ballistic steel blankets, built to absorb and deflect the blast from two simultaneously detonated DM51 hand grenades.

 Heavy-Duty Mechanical & Chassis Upgrades

• • Custom-Tuned Suspension: To manage the added weight perfectly, we swap out the stock setup for heavy-duty coil springs, high-travel shocks, and reinforced sway bars to eliminate body roll and maintain a smooth ride.
  • Performance Braking Pack: We upgrade the braking system with oversized slotted discs and heavy-duty calipers. This system is calibrated to work seamlessly with the Patrol’s electronic brake assist for immediate stopping power.
  • Heavy-Duty Door Hinges: The factory hinges cannot support armored doors. We install custom-machined, reinforced hinges anchored directly into the vehicle’s structural frame.
  • Run-Flat Tire Inserts: Tough internal composite bands are fitted inside the tires, allowing you to drive out of danger for up to 50 km at high speeds even if the tires are completely shredded.

Engine & Component Shielding

• • Front-End Armor: Essential components under the hood receive dedicated protection, covering the radiator, twin turbochargers, intercoolers, battery, fuse box, and main ECU.
  • Fuel System Protection: The fuel tank and main lines are wrapped in a puncture-proof ballistic shield to safeguard against under-vehicle shrapnel.
  • Anti-Sabotage Exhaust: The tailpipe is fitted with an integrated steel wire mesh shield to prevent any foreign objects or explosives from being stuffed inside.

  • Midnight Visual Match: We apply premium tinting to the thick ballistic glass (20% front, 45% rear over factory glass) to flawlessly match the black paintwork and hide the glass depth.
  • Hidden Strobe Lighting: High-intensity LED emergency strobe lights are integrated directly behind the front grille and rear glass, staying completely invisible until activated.
  • Tactical Front Windows: High-torque electronic window actuators can be added to the front doors, allowing them to lower 4 to 6 inches for quick document handoffs.
